  1. Balloon Help
  2.     Selecting Baloon Help from the Window menu displayes the pop - 
  3.  up menu  that allows you to Switch on, Switch off and Delay the 
  4.  internal balloon help of the MacPublisher.  Switching the 
  5.  Balloon Help option on  you can get a short description of any 
  6.  element of the MacPublisher Toolbars by placing the cursor 
  7.  on the desired element. The Delay option prevents the immediate 
  8.  appearing of the elements description boxes. Switch off option 
  9.  deactivates the Balloon Help.
